Acoustic Vocal Pedagogy Workshop (in person) 2025
Welcome to the Acoustic Vocal Pedagogy Workshop 2025. Before you attend, please take a moment to read these terms of service.
By attending the workshop, you agree to the following:
Payment: You will need to pay the workshop registration fee before the workshop begins. If you cancel your workshop registration before March 31st, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your workshop registration fee less EML credit card processing charges. If you cancel after March 31st but before April 15, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your workshop registration fee. No refunds will be given past April 15th.
Please note that housing and cafeteria access is handled through the Stetson University office of events and conferences. Their terms of service may differ from those outlined here.
Attendance: You are expected to attend the workshop for the entire duration. If you need to leave early, please let the instructor know in advance.
Conduct: We expect all participants to be respectful of each other and the instructor. Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Age Restrictions: This workshop is only open to those 18 years + as of July 20th, 2025.
Materials: You may receive materials from the instructor during the workshop. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided by the instructor are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Liability: We will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the workshop. Please be careful and use good judgement.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the workshop for any reason. If the workshop is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee.
[Added April 15, 2025] If you purchase the in-person workshop on an installment plan, you commit to paying all tuition installments prior to July 19th, 2025. If you purchase the residential package on an installment plan, you commit to making the final payment prior to June 15. No refunds will be given for tuition or housing installment payments.

Acoustic Vocal Pedagogy Online Course 2025
Welcome to the Acoustic Vocal Pedagogy Online Course 2025. Before you start, please read these terms of service carefully.
By enrolling in the course, you agree to the following:
Payment: You will need to pay the course fee before gaining access to the materials. If you cancel your workshop registration before March 15th, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your online course registration fee less EML credit card processing charges. If you cancel after March 15th but before April 15th, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your online course registration fee. No refunds will be given past April 15th. If you access the course materials (by logging into the password protected online portal), no refunds will be given.
Access to video lectures: You will have access to the course video, reflection questions, and quiz materials from the date of first available access (currently scheduled for the last week of May 2025) until December 31, 2025. You are expected to complete the course within this timeframe.
Office hours and instructor access: While you may continue to access these materials until the end of 2025, instructors will post available times for office hours, small group sessions, and lessons between June 9 and July 3, 2025. These office hours and instructor access will not continue past July 3, 2025, although instructors will be available after that date at their standard private pay rate. These synchronous group sessions and observable office hours are included in the cost of attendance. If you wish to reserve a private lesson with any of the faculty during the synchronous period, these are available at the discounted rate of $25 / half-hour, to be paid directly to the instructor.

Sharing of video lectures: You will receive access to several video lectures. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission. You may not download or otherwise capture these videos onto a local or cloud storage device.
Intellectual Property: All course materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Participation: The course may include discussion forums, quizzes, and other interactive features. Your full participation is encouraged.
Communication: The instructor may communicate with you through email or other means. Please make sure to check your email regularly and keep your contact information up-to-date.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the course. Ethernet and headphones are strongly encouraged and may affect the quality of your experience.
Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the course for any reason. If the course is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of your course fee.
[Added April 15, 2025] If you purchase the online workshop on an installment plan, you commit to paying all tuition installments prior to May 24th, 2025. No refunds will be given fornstallment payments.
